The error FORG0007 is only mentioned in one place, and that is in an example 
(of the fn:sum function).  The description of the fn:sum function doesn't say 
anything about this error.  Either:

1. The example should refer to FORG0006, and the error FORG0007 should be 
deleted, OR
2. The description of the fn:sum function should explain when FORG0007 is 
raised.
