The XML Query WG has decided to NOT satisfy this kind of query
functionality in V1 of XQuery.  See Section 3.3.4 References of the XML
Query Requirements [1].  

Since the full-text functionality is based on XQuery (and XPath) the
kind of query you want will not be possible in FT until it is supported
in a future version of XQuery (and XPath).
