Summary: [FS] technical: Attributes: make normalizations

          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Formal Semantics
        AssignedTo: simeon@us.ibm.com
        ReportedBy: jmdyck@ibiblio.org

Similar to my comments in Bug 1628 and Bug 1629, I think that the need to
-- restructure DirAttributeValue into AttributeContentUnit*, and
-- resolve non-literal content characters (EscapeQuot, EscapeApos,
   CharRef, PredefinedEntityRef, double-brace)
should be made explicit via []-forms that are formally invoked (in
normalization rules) but informally defined (in prose).
