The joint WGs considered your request in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-qt-comments/2004Mar/0056.html
and agreed that a XML Scheme for xdt:yearMonthDuration and xdt:dayTimeDuration should be included in the
F&O.  I will add such a Schema as an Appendix to the F&O.  Its target namespace will be http://www.w3.org/2004/09/xpath-datatypes.
I've copied Liam and Massimo to ask if they can give life to the above URI .

Please let us know if the above resolution is satisfactory.
