Hi

Quite apart from its limited novelty, "empty" is also
a particularly poor name since A.3 of XPath lists "empty"
as a reserved function name. It cannot therefore be used
as a user-defined function without a namespace prefix. If
there is an intermediate XPath-standard-defined function
it should be explicitly described in the XPath syntax.
