There appers to be a referencing problem to FS in section 15.2

For detailed type semantics, see [TITLE OF FS SPEC, TITLE OF sec_fn_cardinality_funcs SECTION]FS

(Although I would guess your stylesheet warns you about that, given the
format of the reference text)
