In http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-qt-comments/2004Mar/0042.html you pointed out inconsistencies
between the parameter types for fn:subsequence, fn:insert-before and fn:remove.  The joint WGs discussed 
this at the Cambridge meeting and decided not change the parameter types for these functions.
