ORA-FO-188-B: no defined relationship between fn:current-date and fn:current-dateTime

you suggested that fn:currentDate and fn:currentTime be defined as 
xs:date (fn:current-dateTime()) and xs:time (fn:current-dateTime())
respectively.  The joint WGs agreed to implement this suggestion at the Cambridge meeting.
