Small XPath2 typo

I am looking at:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-xpath20-20030502

and in appendix B.2, Operator Mapping, the large table of dyadic operators
has the following row:

  A ne B  xs:NOTATION  xs:NOTATION  xs:not(op:NOTATION-equal(A, B))  xs:boolean

The fourth column, labeled "Function", should, I think, be:

   fn:not(op:NOTATION-equal(A, B))

not, as given above:

   xs:not(op:NOTATION-equal(A, B))
