We do not see a reason to support "incompletely validated documents".
Actually this makes it impossible to support statically typed
implementations on top of such data models that guarantee type-safety.
It also is unclear if such an element is untyped or partially typed. The
later is a concept that currently does not exists in our type system.
Please remove this remark.
