XQuery 1.0 - A.1.2 Lexical Rules

I might be wrong, but I think that:

- in the DEFAULT State table, there should be a QName pattern with
transition to OPERATOR
- same thing for the QNAME State
- DEFAULT State table: empty pattern cell with transition to START_TAG
should contain pattern "<"
- START_TAG, ELEMENT_CONTENT, END_TAG, QUOT_ATTRIBUTE_CONTENT,
APOS_ATTRIBUTE_CONTENT State tables: empty pattern cells with transition to
DEFAULT should contain pattern "{"
