Hi,

In F&O, section 11.1: For consistency, the spelling/capitalization of
the hexBinary and base64Binary equality operators should be the same as
the names of the types, i.e. hexBinary-equal and base64Binary-equal
instead of hex-binary-equal and base64-binary-equal.
