Link checker 4.3 still lurking somewhere?

Hello,

I just tried to validate http://validator.w3.org/checklink and noticed that 
validator accessed version 4.3 of the link checker, based on "show source" 
and that validator's verdict was "Valid HTML 4.01 Strict" (link checker 4.4 
emits XHTML 1.0 Strict).

Maybe some of the validator servers haven't been updated to link checker 4.4 
yet and there's a 4.3 still lurking somewhere?
