First of all - it's a very useful tool - Thank you. 

 

But could you, please, help understand how to deal with getting output
like this:

 

Using org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
Exception net.sf.saxon.trans.DynamicError:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow
the '&' in the entity reference. 
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow
the '&' in the entity reference.

 

There are no line numbers or anything that would help to find the
problem.
