Test Cases for document with xml-pi for stylesheet.

Hi Olivier,

Followup on the discussion about bogus xml pi.

These are bogus files for testing the validator. They are additional  
tests than the one you have already built.

Each document includes two xml PI with incomplete closing instruction.
