[ucn] bugzilla created, mailing-list on the way

Hello,

In preparation for the public alpha of the unicorn tool (now almost  
ready at http://qa-dev.w3.org/unicorn/ ) I have created a bugzilla  
product for unicorn, and a couple of basic components.

As usual, I have set the www-validator-cvs list to be the qa contact,  
so the list will be receiving bug reports.
A specific unicorn mailing-list is on the way, too, and will be  
created in the next 24 hours.
