EARL and Validators

Hi,

I will act as a liaison between the new ERT WG and this development 
community. The first ERT teleconf has happened. Nothing much happened 
so far, because it was more about the organization of the WG. I think 
this is a good opportunity to gather your requirements.

It's time to shoot, dear scandinavians ;) and others too.
