about half of them to be nuked as the bugs are better addressed once we
use SGML::Parser::OpenSP and/or Encode.pm, lack a good solution and/or
are controversial such as warning about using text/html for any kind of
XHTML or layout changes such as those proposed in #862 or require major
work that is unlikely to happen soon like that we write install tuts.

There should be ~40 blockers of which ~8 are fixed, if we nuke all the
~18 bugs I have listed, ~14 bugs remain which would be a more reasonable
goal for 0.7.0. I have already removed the blocker for #66 for which I
am really not sure why you proposed this for 0.7.0... Maybe you could go
through the proposed bugs to nuke and tell for which bugs you feel very
strongly that these must be addressed for 0.7.0 so we can discuss them
in more detail?
