HEAD and 0.6.7 behave similarly on current test case list

FWIW, based on the list of cases at 
http://qa-dev.w3.org/tests/markup/listcase

ot@qa:~/logvalidator$ python generatecaselists > list-test-cases
ot@qa:~/logvalidator$ /usr/bin/logprocess.pl -q -f logvalidate-vwo.conf 
 > results/wvo
ot@qa:~/logvalidator$ /usr/bin/logprocess.pl -q -f 
logvalidate-HEAD.conf > results/HEAD
ot@qa:~/logvalidator$ diff results/wvo results/HEAD
...

The two reports are identical. Quick and dirty way of checking HEAD's 
behaviour versus wvo's, at least for validation.
