The 2004-11-09 date is now confirmed, as I have seen no other potential 
regrets than Bjoern's.

The candidate agenda[1] is rather scarce at the moment, and I encourage 
you to fill it up directly on the wiki, or to discuss it here. Setting 
agenda items early would also have the nice side effect to let Bjoern 
comment on it if possible.
