Verbose error messages

Hi,

Just before I start breaking everything (also known as populating our 
database of error messages with what was contributed so far), is there 
anything I should know about it?

The syntax of the verbosemsg.cfg is straightforward, but I'm a bit 
puzzled by verbosemsg.rc.
