Hi,

I think it could be good to guide our action by checking how well we're doing.

As we mentioned during TPAC, doing some statistics about various aspects of diversity, slicing it by AC / WG member / Invited Expert / w3c staff / w3m / ..., and comparing with societal / industry / member company averages is one way to start.

Another thing we may want to do is to set up a private mailing list (or a non minuted part of our calls if we have calls) to discuss individual concerning situations as we see them, to see if there's something about the CEPC, or w3c governance, or about communication, that could be changed to make things better.
