Is there any place to track the evolution of the working draft 0.4? I know of [1] but it does not provide diffs to monitor the doc since its notification last April (the spec itself mentions February).

Could the draft be moved on the w3c wiki to do so (and also to have it on the w3 portal instead of amazon)?

It would also be interesting to list the current implementations of 0.3 vs 0.4-draft specs.
