Re: Draft EPUB Survey: Feedback requested

Greetings PubSteerCovites,

I've updated the survey based on the feedback from the PBGSC. I created a
new link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FCNR3DV

I took some of the "are you aware..." questions and moved them (as
statements) to the introduction of the sections on Educational and
Corporate/Governmental publishing. This conveys the same information, but
has the nice side effect of reducing the number of questions in the survey!

Keep those comments coming.
