Re: [External] Small Group for Rec Track Proposal

I just want to clarify that my previous message was "looks good, get going"
rather than "close the group." For example, if George would want to
participate, we wouldn't want him to have missed the chance! He would be
particularly valuable because of his NISO involvement, not to mention
keeping accessibility concerns front and center.
