If the SC is o.k. with this, I believe Bill should talk to the W3C systeam who maintains such domains registrations.

Who should take the lead on this? Maybe BillM? Scott emailed me
privately wondering why he didn't get a response yet.

Of course, it is not clear from the mail if Scott is just releasing us the
domain or whether a financial compensation is also expected... but I don't
think there is.

(Of course, we will have to talk to the W3C system team who maintain these
things...)

I'm the owner of the epubtest.com<http://epubtest.com> domain, and will likely not be renewing it
when it expires later this year (Nov 2018). I'd gladly transfer this to the
epubtest.org<http://epubtest.org> group if that's of interest. I also have the @epubtest Twitter
account, which I'd be willing to part with if it could go to a good home.

Please contact me off-list if you're interested in taking ownership of
either of these.

Thanks,
...scott
