I was wondering the same thing.

Related to your comments, George and I had a chat with Bill [M] at TPAC
regarding the functioning of the BG -- one idea we batted around was asking
Bill to step up to a more active leadership role in the BG... perhaps half
way between his CEO-ish role at the IDPF and his current pretty hands-off
role at the BG now.  It seems that some more cycles from our W3C Publishing
Champion could help with our focus and effectiveness.  Anyhow, we should
throw that idea (good or bad) into the mix for discussion.

I won't plan on talking to any of you in 2.5 hours!  :-)
