I have tried one thing. It is completely geeky (I have removed a suspicious statement from the ics file using a text editor), but it may be the reason of the problem you face.

The next W3C Publishing Business Group (PBG) call will be next Tuesday March 28 at 16:00 CET (noon U.S. ET). Based on schedules of PBG Steering Committee and W3C staff we propose this as a standing call time, with expectation that calls would likely be every other week except when higher frequency is needed  (with PBG Steering Committee calls nominally set for the same time slot in the alternate weeks). This schedule is a straw man, and optimum call frequency and time slot can be further discussed in this next call or a future call.
