How to provide a test file?

Hello PWG-ers,

I made a publication manifest test file, by converting from EPUB.
https://github.com/toshiakikoike/wp-test/blob/master/manifest.json
This manifest file was converted from "mymedia.epub".
EPUB File:

Extracted above File:
https://github.com/toshiakikoike/epub_file/tree/master/mymedia

If this file is useful for testing, I'd like to provide, then what should I do?
