[pwg] Meeting Cancelled 2019-09-02

Hello everyone,

Due to the Labour Day holiday in Canada and the US on Sept 2, we will be cancelling the meeting on Monday.

The following week (Sept 9) will be our last meeting before TPAC, we will be discussing any last minute issues and the horizontal reviews.
