New CG: Synchronized Multimedia for Publications

Hi all,

As mentioned on the call today, the new CG for Synchronized Multimedia for
Publications is up and running. Our official description is:

"This community group's goal is to propose a way to synchronize audio or
video with Web Publications and other document formats being developed by
the Publishing Working Group, in order to make the publications accessible
to people with different types of reading requirements. The CG may
recommend the best way to integrate an existing technology, or it may
provide an outline for developing a new format. "
