[Admin] Welcome to new members to the WG

Dear all,

a number of people joined the WG while I was away on vacations (yay!). Worth looking at the separate page for newbies on the WG page[1]; hopefully, it is helpful. Look at section 2 and 3 on github and IRC usage: these are our workhorses:-)

In particular: we need your github account name and your preferred IRC nickname(s). The former to give you more access to the github repositories, the latter to make the minutes more readable. Either send them to me or (preferred) make a change and a pull request on the file[2]. In any case, check[2]: for many of you I already found your account name and/or the IRC log and have already added there. But checking these is always a good idea…

(b.t.w., if you think there are information on [1] that is missing, or you propose some changes, please do! You can practice your github knowledge on that file in proposing changes:-)
