That's the core of our disagreement Tzviya.

Several people have expressed similar opinions (including Romain, Baldur,
Hugh and Laurent at least) that trying to find an "ideal" definition is not
the way forward, and that working with bullet point lists and open
questions is fine for now. Matt has also raised several questions along
those lines on this mailing list.

I've provided such bullet point lists multiple times now on different
subjects, on this mailing list and on Github, and have made an attempt at
trying to assess what's the current consensus for some of them.
