Thanks for your comments.

You're welcome to send bug fixes and/or suggestions for the keyboard nav
to https://github.com/w3c/htmldiff-nav/ (which I maintain), as I have no
idea how to make the changes be spoken out by voice over.
Changes to the color scheme of the  output should be brought to the HTML
diff service directly: https://services.w3.org/htmldiff (which is out of
my control).
