And I know that you guys are great in taking care of the remaining ones in terms of chasing the editors. I am not sure which of these documents have been already checked by the webmaster; I seem to remember that he has seen the recs, but has not seen the notes yet.

For the admin the publication request has to be sent, listing all the documents and, also, a reference to the director's decision. The latter is at [2] (it is a team-only mail). Will you send it out, or should I (I must say I trust you more than myself in not forgetting any document...)

However, just to be sure: I attach a screen dump of the files I have on my disc, with dates; these are in sync with the content of the server. I do not remember any more what is the role of the dated owl and ttl files, and whether there is a need to update them to the final date.

It is more-or-less a copy paste of earlier announcements; I can take care of that next Friday or the Monday before the publication. The HPN will also be 'copied' to the SW blog; again something I will do.

I know you guys are working on it and we agreed that it is all right if they are finalized *after* the official publication.

I can update the wiki page, but you should at least give me the exact reference of some of the tools you would like to see there (and we can then send out a mail to the WG to do it themselves, but a first example should be there for copy/paste...)

I did:-) The whole provenance section has to be added to:

http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/Specs.html. That is obviously my job.
