prov-o simple vs. qualified table

I added a table to http://aquarius.tw.rpi.edu/prov-wg/prov-o#qualified-relationships-in-prov-o

that shows the simple property and its corresponding qualification property and Involvement.

The table is generated by querying the ontology for a couple of annotations.
