The current decision is to reference ONLY PROV-DM and NOT prov-n or constraints.

For prov-n, it is another serialization and ancillary.
For constraints, they are not as mature, and PROV-O is not reflecting those constraints per the F2F resolution.

If any you have objections to this, please raise them.
