producing HTML documentation of RDFS/OWL

We're trying to produce HTML documentation for PROV-O, and are looking for some tools to produce the mundane components. 

Some good examples of what we are trying to match:

I've contacted the editors of these specs 
and set requests to OOR, semantic-web@w3.org, and public-lod@w3.org
to ask for pointers to tools that can automate some of this process (er... Activity...)


If you have any suggestions on where to look for these tools, I'd appreciate it.
