Hi Stephen,

I am advocating a split into a lightweight part and a more
involved part, which does not have to be restricted to OWL-DL.
The idea of layering was discussed at F2F1 you will recall.

I suggested an example of organisation: it is up to the team
to decide whether it's workable, what goes into each part, what
form of reasoning is supported, and what OWL profile each part is
compliant with.

My using of the word 'minimalistic' might have been ambiguous: I meant
that in the prov profile, I was not expecting to see relations/classes which
have no obvious correspondant in prov-dm.  But to some extent, that's not
the take home message. The key idea is the split.
