I have put them on /ns. I believe the right URI-s should be: http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-dc-directmappings http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-dc-refinements (ie, without the ttl). At the moment these return the ttl version but, who knows, maybe we will add other serializations up there, and content negotiation might come into place...
