Is the intention here to use a non-datatype identifier as the datatype
for RDF resources so that it clearly can't be directly translated to
an RDF Literal of the same data type?

I find it a bit odd to see ^^rdf:Resource on a literal - but that's
because I've still got the RDF hat on.
