Connections Task Force Template Catalog

As we discussed in the working group call today we created a connection
catalog http://www.w3.org/2011/prov/wiki/Connections_Template_Catalog for
candidate connections.  If you have a candidate that you'd like to share
with the connection task force either send a link to the mail list or feel
free to add a candidate within the catalog.
