Re: vote on replacement for BOB (deadline: Wednesday 03 Aug 8am GMT)

Are we headed to reverse the decision made at the F2F1, where we agreed that "Entity" was the thing _in the world_ that we were describing with BOBs, and BOBs were the topic of any provenance assertions that PIL would allow us to state?
