ENISA has released a new report - Privacy Considerations of Online Behavioural Tracking

Recommendations:

1. Focus on tracking, not Online Behavioural Advertising (OBA)
2. Elicit more meaningful privacy policies
3. Develop easy-to-use tools for transparency and control
4. Develop compliance and monitoring initiatives
5. Develop anti-tracking initiatives for Mobile Apps
6. Promote privacy-by-design
