I was wondering if anyone on here works in a library that subscribes
to a web intelligence service or uses software to monitor searches,
e-mail, blogs, etc. Iím mostly interested in the legality issues. For
example, can libraries monitor without disclosure? I would appreciate
any first-hand accounts or recommendations for further reading.

Feel free to contact me personally.

Thanks!
