We are pleased to release the program for the upcoming Virtual Goods + ODRL Workshop + W3C Community Group Meeting from 28-30 September 2011 in Barcelona. There are two exciting Keynote addresses from Santiago Miralles (New Media Business Expert) and Frederique Segond (Xerox Research Centre Europe) [1]. There are 10 papers covering Multimedia, Privacy, Policies, Rights, and Applications [2].
