you "forgot" to factor the "time" aspect into it. The issue is mostly with 
information that was legitimate at some point. Now we discuss at which point 
the legitimacy has faded. Your cases (a) and (b) are a problem of 
globalization (legitimate where?) and judicial (mis)organization (go to your 
CA attorney and task him to remove russian content), respectively.

Again, tools and organization come into perspective.
