Subject: new report calls for a privacy bill of rights

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101216/ap_on_hi_te/us_tec_internet_privacy

The Commerce Department is calling for the creation of a "privacy bill
of rights" for Internet users to set ground rules for companies that
collect consumer data online and use that information for marketing and
other purposes.

(Does anyone know where to find such report?)
