W3C mobileOK checker implementation of POWDER

News just in, so to speak...

The W3C mobileOK checker now returns a POWDER file along with a

Right now I'm working on a pretty simple tool that will go a little 
further, allowing POWDER files to be created easily to claim mobileOK 
conformance across a site as well as just a single URI (and is likely to 
also let you add in Dublin Core stuff as well). Hope to have it up and 
running in at least a basic form within the next 7 days.
