One could use, say RDQL or SPARQL, to retrieve the set of resources that
have the requested properties. Or one could use a reasoner like Pellet
to find out whether being blue is compatible (consistent) with being
under example.org, regardless of whether there actually is a blue
resource under example.org right now.
